Condemning church leaders, pastors and holy fathers as well as bible talk/small group leaders (applicable to all regardless of religious organizations)

Bible talk leaders and elders have leadership meetings on Fridays after the gathering. They operate the church the way they find appropriate. Bible talk leaders tell elders about the sins of people in their group. They discuss people sins and decide what to do with those sinners. They decide how to spend church money we well as form, mix and dissolve the bible talk groups. Elders by their own accord appoint other elders and bible talk leaders who suit their personal preferences and, opposite, they do not allow to speak publicly to those whom they do not trust. They use public speaking at church opening, communion and closing as a reward for those they personally trust and value. They preach according to the Bible but what they practice is according to ICOC standards and procedures. They always compare the church to the company and use hierarchy as a mode of operation.

They are such people who like to be appointed for a higher position in the church so people will see them as spiritual and serving. They like when important church matters solved through them. They ask people to do the work of evangelism or serve in the church rather than the middle in their affairs. They do not allow random believers to join their meetings because their meetings are exclusively for ministry leaders only.

Do not call them leaders because Christ is the one who will lead you to His kingdom.

Woe to you, bible talk leaders and elders, you ignorant dictators! You teach obedience and submission to yourself and not Christ. You suggest fellow brothers change the church when they question your false teachings.

You hypocrites! You recognize being imperfect but you persecute everyone who confronts you. You falsely accuse fellow brothers with the sins they never committed and then make a judgment based on your own lies. You corner people on the beaches, malls, and restaurants just to threaten them with being disfellowshipped. Deceitful workers! Don’t you know that disfellowshipping is the sin of dissension and those who practice such a thing will never enter the kingdom of God?

You hypocrites! Which family ever disfellowships its members? Christ never taught about disfellowshipping. You treat the church as a mere company with you as heads.

You snakes! You have the appearance of righteousness, but you talk about unheard things during your leadership meetings.

Woe to you, superficial teachers! You teach that God can forgive any sins, even the sins committed in the past. Why does the church need you to teach such obvious facts? Have you been in the council of the Lord to claim that God will forgive you your hypocrisy and injustice?

Woe to you, council of wicked men! You train and appoint people with the operations background to manage and operate believers the way you want. Since you are operating the church, how Christ can operate it? You fools! You will receive your due reward from Christ!

Woe to you, blind guides! You claim people are your own flock and you abuse them one by one secretly when they question you. You even threaten to use physical force against the one who opposes your wickedness. You are quick-tempered men unfit for the position of church overseers.

You claim bible talk leaders are the representatives of people. You hypocrites! Why then people have no clue what you are discussing behind closed doors? Bible talk leaders are the representatives of elders to force people to do different kinds of wickedness.

You dictators! You claim the church is not a democracy so not all people can speak publicly. Blind fools! The church is ruled by Christ and you supposed to be the servants overseeing the church. Who gave you the authority to monopolize teaching in the church?

Woe to you, bible talk leaders and elders, liars! You promise people salvation and at the same time, you force them to join you in injustice, dissension, slander, and conspiracy. 

Woe to you, bible talk leaders and elders. You claim woman cannot speak in the church even when they are inspired by the Lord. You hypocrites! Why then your wives operate the church during the leadership meetings along with you?  

You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell? God inspires numerous people to teach the way of Christ, but you falsely accuse them as divisive and force others to break any relationships with them. You break the commands of God for the sake of protecting ICOC traditions. Is not justice, mercy, and faithfulness more important than ICOC traditions? 

Church, you blindly obey bible talk leaders and elders and do what they tell you. You complain about those whom God inspires to teach and then you whisper among yourselves saying “leaders are dealing with it”. God reaches out to church through a number of disciples among you, but you are not willing to listen. No wonder Christ is not the head of the church and you have no Holy Spirit among you.
